NCC officer and cadet of GGI brought laurels to the Institution


Cadet shivam Kumar of Gulzar Group of Institutes, Khanna brought
laurels to the city by getting selected in all India Thal sainik camp
2018 at New Delhi. He was selected among 450 cadets, he has got
bronze medal at AITSC by DG NCC Lt. Gen PP Malhotra at New
Delhi for the same. He was promoted to the rank of Senior under
officer by SM Ranjit singh of 19 PB BN NCC, LDH along with Lt.
KJS Gill & Executive director of GGI.
Gurkirat Singh Executive Director, GGI, welcomed Lt. KJS Gill who
had undergone rigorous training at officers training academy,
Kamptee, Maharashtra for 3 months. He later, congratulated all the
cadets of GGI and motivated to all of them to take part in activities
with full zeal and enthusiasm. According to him the main objective of
starting NCC is to give the students an opportunity to experience the
military life. It’s crucial to train students and make them strong
physically, healthy and well-prepared for any war-like situation. Thus,
NCC is an excellent option for students with its obvious advantages.
