The NSS wing & Red Ribbon Club of A. S. Group of Institutions organized a rally at Kalal Majra village on the occasion of “Azadi Ka Amrit Mohatsav” with Theme –Har Ghar Tiranga. The NSS Volunteers under head of unit: Prof. Arjun Dhammi participated in this and raised awareness regarding the 75th glorious years of Indian Independence struggle. The youth of the village were also sensitized about the importance of upholding national integrity and unity.
Director of the institution, Dr. Harpreet Singh congratulated the program coordinator and volunteers for undertaking the initiative. He encouraged students and faculty to celebrate the occasion wholeheartedly and educate their neighborhoods about the momentous event and hoist the national flag as per “Flag Code”.
