*Acupressure Points for Facial Palsy (Bell’s Palsy)*

Facial palsy is often due to inflammation or nerve damage, commonly affecting one side of the face. Acupressure may support nerve stimulation, muscle tone, and circulation, complementing other treatments.

🔹 Recommended Acupressure Points:

GB1

Outer corner of the eye – relaxes facial muscles.

ST2

Below the eye – relieves tension and improves circulation.

ST4

At the corner of the mouth – helps with drooping and numbness.

GV26

Between the nose and upper lip – stimulates nerve recovery.

CV24

In the depression below the lower lip – tones the mouth and jaw area.

✨ How to Apply:

Use firm but gentle pressure with clean fingers or a rounded tool.

Massage each point for 30–60 seconds, 2–3 times daily.

Combine with facial exercises and professional therapy for best results.

⚠️ Note: If facial paralysis is sudden, seek immediate medical care to rule out stroke or other serious conditions.
