Police, Punjab, Chandigarh, Sh. Ranbir Singh Khatra, IPS. Deputy Inspector General of
Police Ludhiana Range, Ludhiana, Under the Supervision of Sh. Jasvir Singh, PPS.
SP/I/Khanna, Sh. Jagwinder Singh Cheema, PPS. DSP/I/Khanna, Sh. Harsimrat Singh
PPS. DSP/Samrala, Khanna police has achieved the huge success, when Insp. Manjit
Singh SHO/Samrala alongwith ASI Sukhvir Singh, HC Harjit Singh, HC Mohinder Chand,
HC Sukhwinder Singh, Ct Sukhjit Singh, PHG Gyan Singh & PHG Jujhar Singh have
checked the suspected vehicles/suspected persons at the Nakabandi Police Post Heddon
(PS Samrala), Police party stopped a Bus, which came from the Chandigarh side to
Ludhiana. During the Checking, Police Party has recovered the 14 Kgs of Silver (Chandi)
(U.P) & Vijay Sehgal S/o Bal Kishan R/o # 493, Mohalla Brahmpuri Meerut City (U.P) & they
were failed to produce any supporting legal document(s). The both persons have been
handed to the Income tax department/Enforcement Department Ludhiana for the Further
Investigation.
