 A total of 50 Students of the Sociology Department visited Red Cross Vridh Ashram

Bullepur Khanna as an Educational Tour on 27-03-2024 under the supervision of Dr. Kuljinder

Singh to spread social values among the students. They spent some time with elderly in the Old

Age Home. On this occasion the students shared their views with the elders of the ashram and

created a friendly atmosphere by cutting the cake. On this occasion, Dr. K.K. Sharma,

Officiating Principal and Khushpal Chand Bhardwaj, Secretary, Red Cross Society, Khanna were

present. Mr. Khushpal Chand, Secretary, Red Cross Society, informed the students about the

main objectives of the Ashram. He also narrated some incident related to old people. Students

distributed some fruits and cake as part of the celebration of 9th visit of Sociology Department at
