PPS. DSP/Samrala, Insp. Rajesh Kumar SHO/Machiwarra Sahib, On dated 27.08.18, an
Informer has passed the information of illegal mining at Village Rajagrh side to HC Satnam
Singh & police party which was patrolling in the area of kohara Road Machiwarra sahib.
After getting the information , the police party set up the Naka at Village Rajgarh, During the
Nakabandi police has stopped the two suspected persons (who was on the motorcycle no.
PB-10-GH-6603), during investigation, both person were identified as Yakoob S/o Murid
Mohammad 2) Saif Ali S/o Mohammad Sadiq both residents of Village Koom kalan Distt
Ludhiana & who were playing the role as reccee(s) for the illegal Mining vehicles. police
party has bound the both alongwith motorcycle. Then Two Tractors IndoFarm & Sonalika
(fully loaded with illegal mining sand) were coming from the Rajgarh side, whose drivers
were Shokat Ali S/o Yakoob R/o Village Koom Kalan Distt. Ludhiana & Sharafat Ali S/o
Babideen R/o Kullewal PS Samrala arrested by the Police Party. A Case FIR No 144 dated
27.08.18 U/s 379 IPC 21 Miningh & Minerals Act PS Machiwarra Sahib against the above
said accused.
